Here is what Precision Processing will do for listing and selling agents:

Listing Agent Support:

  • Organize purchase contract; forward to escrow and start broker file.
  • Communicate with escrow, lender and coop agent in the opening of the file.
  • Prepare listing side disclosures.
  • Follow up with escrow and the selling agent regarding disclosures, home inspection, termite report and completion.
  • Follow up with escrow regarding the status of the preliminary title report, NHD report, HOA docs, and other applicable reports.
  • Forward reports and disclosures received to agents.
  • Inform agents of the contingency removal dates; Forward the Contingency Removal to agents or clients.
  • Order the home warranty if escrow does not.
  • Follow up with agents regarding the final walk thru appointment; Forward the signed VP to agents.
  • Follow up with escrow regarding loan doc status, funding the recording statuses.
  • Regularly audit files and follow up on missing/incomplete documents and notify agents.
  • Prepare CD for the broker file.
  • Follow up with escrow regarding the status of the closing package and commission check.
  • Complete the paperless broker file prior to close of escrow.
  • Provide a CD file to the listing agent.
  • Provide a CD file to the selling agent for the buyer at the close of escrow, upon request.

Selling Agent Support:

  • Organize purchase contract; forward to escrow and start broker file.

  • Prepare buyer side disclosures.
  • Follow up with escrow and the listing agent regarding disclosures, termite report and completion, coordinate Home Inspection.
  • Follow up with escrow regarding the status of the preliminary title report, NHD report, HOA docs, and other applicable reports.
  • Forward reports and disclosures received to agents.
  • Forward Request for Repairs to agents.
  • Inform agents of the contingency removal dates; Forward the Contingency Removal to agents or clients.
  • Order the home warranty if escrow does not.
