    • Check with your broker to ensure you are following his or her guidelines.

All commission reductions to be split 50/50 between agents.”

  • Listing price
    • Listing agent determines the market value of property.
    • Unsure? We recommend you to consult with your broker and see what price they would set it at. Feel free to ask around other agents to see what insight they have in regards to what price to list it at.
